Your time begins with a gentle conversation about what you would like prayer for, followed by personal prayer and an invitation for the Holy Spirit to lead the time. From there, words become fewer.
Warm towels, steam, botanical skincare, unhurried touch, facial massage, and moments of intentional stillness create space for both the body and mind to settle. Soft instrumental worship accompanies the experience, with quiet woven throughout rather than every moment being filled.
