Shipping policy

At The Garden of Truth, each order is prepared with care. Many of our botanical products are handcrafted in small batches, and we appreciate your patience as we thoughtfully prepare your order.

Please allow 14 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment, we make everything fresh in small batches. Processing times are separate from carrier transit times.

During holidays, product launches, seasonal collections, special events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make every effort to communicate with you.

The Garden of Truth ships throughout the United States. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address or phone number provided with your order.

Carrier delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed by The Garden of Truth.

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.

The Garden of Truth is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to help before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once a package has entered the carrier's network.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or other events outside our control may affect delivery.

If your tracking information shows unusual delays or your package appears to be missing, please contact us. We will help you review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.

We carefully package our products for shipment. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with in 14 days and include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and help make it right.

The Garden of Truth also welcomes guests to shop our botanical collection in person in Old Town Albuquerque, New Mexico. You can also pick up your online order in store, please allow for confirmation email that your order is ready. Select esthetic services are available by advance appointment.
